Comprehensive spa facilities, picturesque balcony views, cozy common areas with open fires
The lack of local supermarkets made it cumbersome to stock up on supplies!!! Despite being a winter wonderland, the swimming pool temperature was disappointingly cold for a relaxing dip!!! Invest in better room decor—outdated furniture is a turn-off!!!

the breakfast was a true disappointment, same boring items for four days! even worse, no coffee or tea, did they run out of supplies? i expected a complimentary upgrade to compensate, but alas, no such luck. i can’t fathom how they call the indoor pool a spa when it costs extra! just couldn’t recommend this place.

Fantastic stay with great facilities
The spa facilities were a real treat, especially the aqua aerobics—what a fun twist! Only wish the restaurant had more dinner options, but breakfast was on point. Getting to the apartment can be a bit confusing, especially in ski boots. it was great!

The apartment we stayed in offered great views and was very clean. Breakfast provided a wide variety, including pancakes and freshly baked bread. The gym had essential equipment, but it felt a bit cramped. Our apartment lacked a kettle initially, but after asking, we were provided one, although getting extra tea bags felt like a hassle. The location was a bit far from local amenities and shops, which required us to plan for meals outside of the hotel. Parking was available, which was convenient. The swimming pool was a nice addition, though it felt chilly. The lack of evening entertainment made down time a bit tedious, especially with kids. To top it off, the dining options for children were quite limited, often revolving around bland meals. Despite the frustrations, the skiing experience was enjoyable with less crowded slopes. It’s a place for peace and a good family getaway, but some adjustments in food choices and entertainment would significantly improve the experience.

The mountain view from the apartment was stunning , providing a serene atmosphere during our stay. The breakfast had a fantastic selection of fresh ingredients that made mornings enjoyable. The staff were attentive and eager to help, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable experience.
The room did not reflect the pictures we had seen , leading to disappointment.
